This policy applies to paid one-on-one consultation sessions booked through OnlineSafeGuide.com.
Your 14-Day Cooling-Off Right
If you’re booking from the UK, the law gives you 14 days from the moment you book to cancel your consultation and receive a full refund, no questions asked. This is a statutory right and applies whether or not your session has taken place yet.
If You Need Your Session Sooner
Many of our clients want help right away rather than waiting 14 days. If that’s you, at checkout you’ll be asked to confirm that you’d like your session to go ahead before the 14-day period ends, and that you understand this means you give up your right to a full refund once the session has been delivered. Without this confirmation, we won’t schedule a session inside the 14-day window.
Ordinary Rescheduling
Outside of the 14-day cooling-off right, you can reschedule or cancel your consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.
No-Shows
If you miss your scheduled session without notice (and it falls outside your 14-day cooling-off right), the session will be considered used, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Eligibility
If we’re unable to provide the service as described, or if a technical issue on our end prevents the session from happening, you’ll receive a full refund regardless of timing.
